tra fileja e turdilli, la fame si accese.
Liquirizia nera, dolce come poesia,
la ’nduja ti sveglia, ti porta energia.
Scendiamo a Catanzaro, col morzello che spacca,
frattaglie nel sugo, la bocca si stacca.
Pitta ’mpigliata, dolcezza che gira,
la cuzzupa pasquale, la festa respira.
Vibo ci accoglie con cipolla di Tropea,
rossa, profumata, la regina dell’idea.
’Nduja di Spilinga, fuoco che non mente,
stroncatura ruvida, ma piace alla gente.
Crotone ci chiama col mare che brilla,
la sardella piccante ti prende e ti sballa.
Fraguni ripieni, biscotti all’anice,
cuccìa che ti scalda, sapori felici.
Reggio è la fine, ma il gusto è infinito,
pesce spada alla ghiotta, il piatto è ben riuscito.
Stocco alla mammolese, tradizione che resta,
bergamotto liquore, chiude questa festa.
Calabria nel cuore, nel piatto, nel beat,
dal nord fino a sud, ogni tappa è un feat.
