Nel Sud c’è una terra saporosa,
la Campania, regina gustosa.
A Napoli nasce la pizza vera,
con babĂ e sfogliatella sincera.
Spaghetti alle vongole, mare in bocca,
e il cuoppo fritto che mai ti stocca.
A Caserta la bufala è regina,
tra ricotta e caciotta sopraffina.
Ziti al ragĂą, cicoli e minestra,
la tradizione qui mai si arresta.
Avellino è montagna e castagna,
con lagane e ceci che mai si stagna.
Pizza chiena e ravioli al tartufo,
ogni piatto qui è sempre un trionfo.
A Salerno c’è il mare che chiama,
con totani e patate nella trama.
Scialatielli e alici di Cetara,
la colatura è oro che prepara.
Benevento ha il vino che incanta,
Aglianico che il palato ammanta.
Cavatelli, torroni e nocillo,
ogni morso è un dolce tranquillo.
Campania è festa, è cuore e passione,
ogni piatto è pura emozione.
Dal Vesuvio al Cilento, che bellezza,
la sua cucina è pura dolcezza.
