Cous cous di pesce, caponata,
la tavola è sempre ben apparecchiata.
Caltanissetta col torrone,
pane rustico e tradizione.
Formaggi forti, sarde in festa,
la cucina qui è sempre lesta.
Catania spacca con la Norma,
arancini e granita in forma.
Ciliegie rosse, Etna che brilla,
il vino DOC ti fa scintilla.
Enna porta zafferano,
piacentinu che è sovrano.
Pane caldo, agnello al forno,
qui si mangia senza ritorno.
Messina ha il pesce stocco,
pidoni fritti, che bel boccone!
Granita al limone, Faro DOC,
la gola canta come un rock.
Palermo è street food king,
pani ca’ meusa, panelle swing.
Cannoli dolci, cassata in scena,
qui la dieta è sempre piena.
Ragusa ha il cioccolato,
Modica style, raffinato.
Scacce calde, caciocavallo,
ogni morso è un bel sballo.
Siracusa è agrumata,
limone e pomodoro in insalata.
Monti Iblei, olio profumato,
cozze e arance, piatto incantato.
Trapani chiude con classe,
busiate e tonno in grandi masse.
Cuscus speziato, sale marino,
qui il sapore è sempre divino.
