Dalla rubrica che vi saluta col verso giusto, vi arriva il buon sapore… In Rima con Gusto! A nord la Sila respira, giù il mare colora, tra fichi e peperoncino la tavola innamora. Tra fileja che avvolge e ‘nduja che scalda il cuore, la Calabria racconta ogni morso e ogni odore. Cosenza profuma di lagane e ceci, pane e tradizione, cammini felici. Crotone ha sardella che canta piccante, tra mare azzurro e vento frizzante. Vibo è lo scrigno dell’‘nduja di Spilinga, fileja che balla, la festa che stringe. E tutti insieme, tra coste e alture, la Calabria è un canto di mille culture.
