In Abruzzo forte e gentile, ogni piatto è un vero fucile! Tra monti, colline e coste marine, ogni provincia ha le sue cucine. A L’Aquila, tra i monti e il vento, c’è l’agnello, un gran portento! Cacio e ovo lo fa speciale, e la pecora è un rituale. Con le lenticchie di Santo Stefano, la zuppa è un piatto che vale un treno. E se il dolce vuoi gustare, i confetti di Sulmona ti fan sognare. A Teramo, tra colline e virtù, la tavola è un gran menu! Scrippelle ‘mbusse nel brodo caldo, e il timballo che è un vero baldo. Le mazzarelle, che bontà, con le interiora in gran umiltà. E i fiadoni, rustici e dorati, dai teramani tanto amati. A Pescara, dove il mare canta, il brodetto la fame incanta. Gli arrosticini, che gran spiedini, li mangi in fila, come bambini! Le pallotte cacio e ova son divine, tra sugo e pane, son sopraffine. E il parrozzo, dolce d’autore, con cioccolato e mandorle, che sapore! A Chieti, tra vigne e mare, la cucina sa come farci sognare. La pasta alla mugnaia si tira a mano, e il sugo la rende un piatto sovrano. Le cozze allo zafferano son poesia, un mare d’oro in ogni via. E i bocconotti, dolci del cuore, con marmellata e cioccolato d’amore. Così l’Abruzzo si fa gustare, con mille sapori da ricordare. Dalla montagna fino al litorale, ogni morso è un viaggio speciale!
