In una classe vuota, dopo un compito difficile, due amici scelgono di restare accanto a Marco:
a volte basta sedersi vicino, in silenzio, per calmare una tempesta.
🎧 In classe con Luca, Giulia e Marco
Il compito di matematica è finito da un pezzo. La campanella ha suonato, i compagni sono usciti in corridoio tra risate e zaini che sbattono.
In aula, però, ci sono ancora tre bambini: Marco, con la testa bassa e le braccia conserte; Luca e Giulia seduti poco distante, che hanno deciso di restare.
Luca: Ehi… il compito è finito, sai? Nessuno ti sta guardando adesso. Siamo solo noi tre.
Marco non risponde. Il respiro è veloce, come se fosse appena scappato da una corsa, anche se è seduto fermo al banco.
Giulia: Se vuoi, possiamo restare qui quanto ti serve. Non c’è fretta.
Passano alcuni secondi. Il rumore del corridoio arriva ovattato da dietro la porta chiusa.
Luca: Quel compito era tosto per tutti. La prof l’ha pure detto. Se la testa si blocca, non è colpa tua.
Giulia: A me succede quando interroga di storia. Sento il cuore che sale in gola e nella mente entra il vuoto. Mi sembra di non ricordare neanche il mio nome.
Marco alza appena lo sguardo, poi lo riabbassa.
Marco: A me… è come se il cervello si spegnesse. E poi mi viene da piangere. Mi vergogno.
Luca: Non c’è niente di cui vergognarsi. Siamo amici, non giudici.
Giulia: Vuoi un po’ d’acqua? La vado a prendere io, così la prof non si preoccupa.
Marco: No… restate qui. Solo… qui.
Luca appoggia un mazzo di carte sul banco.
Luca: Quando ti va, possiamo fare una partita. O possiamo non fare niente. Guardiamo il muro, se vuoi. L’importante è che non sei da solo.
Marco: Scusate se vi faccio perdere l’intervallo.
Giulia: Non lo stai facendo perdere. Lo stai solo rendendo diverso. E a me non dispiace.
Il respiro di Marco diventa un po’ più lento. Le mani tremano meno.
Marco: Grazie… di non essere usciti.
Luca: È il nostro superpotere: restare.
Giulia sorride piano, senza dire altro. Nessuno riempie il silenzio con frasi inutili.
Il silenzio, per una volta, non fa paura: è morbido, pieno di presenza.
