C’è uno sport che raramente arriva in prima serata, che non anima talk show né alimenta mercati milionari. È quello che vive ai margini: nei centri sportivi di periferia, tra spogliatoi troppo stretti, partite in bilico tra fango e disillusione, e gesti quotidiani che non fanno notizia.
Uno sport fatto, prima di tutto, di persone. Di errori, tentativi, silenzi e relazioni che si costruiscono tra allenamenti, fischi d’inizio e panchine condivise.
Dove un passaggio, un’esclusione, un gesto fuori tempo diventano occasioni educative. E dove lo sport, spesso senza clamore, si intreccia con le dinamiche sociali, partecipando attivamente a sfere come l’etica, la politica, la pedagogia, la filosofia.
Spogliatoio Critico nasce qui.
Dallo spogliatoio: luogo reale e simbolico in cui, venendo meno la frenesia del gioco, si smette di correre e si comincia a pensare.
Prima della partita, o tra un tempo e l’altro, si apre uno spazio in cui ci si guarda in faccia.
Si prova a capire, si elabora, si sbaglia e si corregge.
È lì che, a volte, emerge una domanda semplice ma radicale:
“Come può ciò che accade qui dentro cambiare qualcosa là fuori?”
Questa rubrica è il mio modo per attraversare quella domanda.
Scrivo come allenatore, come educatore, ma anche come osservatore critico.
Perché lo sport — anche quello più imperfetto e quotidiano — non è mai neutro. È un linguaggio con cui raccontiamo chi siamo. E, come ogni linguaggio, parla del tempo in cui viviamo: l’unico di cui siamo davvero responsabili.
Sta a noi investirlo con consapevolezza, per provare a cambiare — in meglio — il futuro.
In queste pagine, lo sport si intreccerà con economia, società, filosofia, etica, tecnologia e molto altro…
Tutto entra nello spogliatoio: con gli scarpini sporchi, le contraddizioni, le urgenze del presente e la necessità di agire per migliorare il futuro, a breve o lungo termine.
Allenare, in fondo, è anche educare lo sguardo. Fermarsi. Decidere da che parte stare.
Parleremo di ipercompetizione, di discriminazioni, di mercificazione degli atleti, di comunità che resistono e inventano spazi alternativi.
Non per fare la morale, ma per spostare il punto di vista.
Per immaginare insieme un’altra idea di sport: più consapevole, più aperta, più giusta.
Il contropiede più urgente, oggi, è contro un’idea di sport che omologa, esclude e vende.
E per cambiare le cose, bisogna cominciare da dentro:
dalle panchine. Dai margini. Dai silenzi dopo il fischio finale.
Perché lo sport può essere molto di più.
Basta, ogni tanto, fermarsi. E pensare. Ed abbiamo un nostro spogliatoio per farlo.

Complimenti per l’ articolo.Lo Sport soprattutto in quartieri periferici disagiati può rappresentare un’ opportunità per i ragazzi per una crescita più sana.Inclusione,socializzazione,senso di appartenenza,rispetto delle regole,autostima etc etc sono solo alcuni degli aspetti che renderebbero necessaria per me una maggiore presenza di centri sportivi per ragazzi.
