Podcast n. 3 – Mamma & Marco · Scena in cucina
Cucina di casa. Marco deve bere un succo di frutta, ma sta avendo una crisi perché è convinto che il bicchiere sia sporco, anche se la mamma lo ha appena lavato.
MARCO: (con voce tesa, indietreggia dal tavolo) No! Non lo voglio! È sporco! L’hai toccato con le mani che hanno toccato la maniglia della porta!
MAMMA: (mantiene la calma, parlando con un tono dolce e fermo) Marco, amore, le mie mani sono pulite. E anche il bicchiere. L’ho lavato proprio adesso per te. Vedi? È lucido.
MARCO: (si agita, iniziando a battere le dita sul tavolo in una sequenza rapida) Non lo so! Non lo so! Non è sicuro! I germi mi faranno venire di nuovo la febbre e poi… e poi… la mia testa impazzirà di nuovo!
MAMMA: (si avvicina lentamente e si abbassa alla sua altezza, senza toccarlo subito) Marco, ascolta la mia voce. Sei al sicuro. Qui con me. Sono qui.
MARCO: (gli si riempiono gli occhi di lacrime di rabbia e paura) Perché capita a me? Perché non posso essere come Luca che beve e basta senza pensare a niente?! È troppo facile per tutti!
MAMMA: (fa un cenno di sì, convalidando la sua frustrazione) Hai ragione. È ingiusto. È davvero, davvero ingiusto. E hai tutto il diritto di essere arrabbiato. Non è colpa tua se è così difficile.
MARCO: (si asciuga gli occhi con forza) È quella… quella cosa, vero? La PANS. Il mio esercito che sbaglia bersaglio.
MAMMA: (sorride un po’ nel sentire che ha ricordato la metafora) Esattamente. Proprio come abbiamo detto. Quei soldatini dentro di te sono tornati in allarme perché hai avuto un po’ di mal di gola. E ora sono lì, ipervigilanti, e ti stanno urlando “ATTENZIONE! PERICOLO!” anche per un bicchiere pulito. Sono messaggi falsi, Marco.
MARCO: Ma sembrano così veri!
MAMMA: Lo so, tesoro. Sembrano verissimi. Ma noi siamo più furbi. Abbiamo i nostri piani segreti per confonderli.
MARCO: (la guarda, un po’ incuriosito) Quali piani?
MAMMA: Primo piano: l’Abbraccio-Scudo. (apre le braccia) Quando ti abbraccio, la paura diventa più piccola. Vuoi provare?
Marco esita, poi si butta tra le braccia della mamma, aggrappandosi forte. Lei lo stringe e respira profondamente, lentamente.
MAMMA: Vedi? Il Respiro Magico. Respiriamo insieme così, piano piano. Lento… e… calmo…
Dopo un minuto, Marco si rilassa un po’.
MAMMA: Non dobbiamo far sparire il bicchiere, vero? Quello sarebbe un trucco dell’esercito confuso. Ma possiamo sconfiggerlo con un’azione eroica. Vuoi che versiamo il succo insieme? Io tengo la bottiglia e tu guidi la mia mano? Oppure vuoi berlo con una cannuccia, così salti il passaggio del bicchiere? Tu comandi.
MARCO: (si stacca dall’abbraccio e guarda il bicchiere. Fare una scelta lo fa sentire più potente) La cannuccia. Quella blu.
MAMMA: Ottima idea! Piano geniale. (prende la cannuccia blu e gliela porge) Ecco qui. L’eroe Marco ha sconfitto il messaggio falso con un’astuzia.
Marco prende la cannuccia e inizia a bere il succo, lentamente. La tensione è passata.
MARCO: Mamma?
MAMMA: Sì, amore?
MARCO: Anche se a volte mi arrabbio con te… grazie di essere nella mia squadra.
MAMMA: (con la voce rotta dall’emozione) Io e te siamo una squadra per sempre, Marco. Non molliamo mai. Anche quando è dura. Soprattutto quando è dura. Ora, finito il succo, giochiamo un po’ a qualcosa? Per ricordare all’esercito chi è il vero capo qui: Tu, il tuo Coraggio e il tuo Cuore.
